Returns & Refunds

Each artwork at RAESH GALLERY is produced to order using museum-grade materials.

For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

We encourage collectors to review all details carefully before purchasing.


Damaged or Faulty Prints

If your order arrives damaged or with a production fault, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear images of the issue

  • Photos of the packaging, where possible

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund.


Custom & Limited Works

Custom orders and limited editions are final sale unless damaged on arrival.


Shipping

RAESH GALLERY is not responsible for delays caused by courier services.
If an order is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist.
